not gonna win many games against even average teams with this defense. how have we shown no improvement at all on that end?

We could have easily brought in a guy or different guys on 10 day contracts after Giles went down. It really is inexplicable why we wouldn't. Fire Olshey!I love Kanter going against other teams second unit when the matchup is right, but like you, it's crazy we have to count on him as our only big.
Our communication on defense is abysmal, which leads to a ton of open looks for the opposition ... don't get me started on our transition defense. Also, aside from Kanter, who is rebounding the ball for us? I feel like we've been getting dominated on the glass this entire season.not gonna win many games against even average teams with this defense. how have we shown no improvement at all on that end?
Our communication on defense is abysmal,
It doesn't.I like that Jones took the heave shot. Lotta players don’t want to hurt their 3 pt percentage.
It doesn't.
Nassir Little reminds me of a young Jerome Kersey... yes or no?

Specifically it does indeed count in the NBA. At one point Kevin Durant said he doesn't like to take them because they count against his stats. Why not?
Sorry but don’t know what is 5th quarter. Is that like a tv show after a game?Assuming you just heard the guy call into the 5th quarter and say that 10 minutes ago?
I hadn't made that comparison, but I can kinda see. Nas has better range already. Not as strong as Kersey.

But most people simply don't count them. In College it's up to the scorekeeper is what i have read.
I think it does count when there is 1-2 seconds left and they heave a long ball. But I'm not sure on the 60-70 footers at the end of a quarter if the scorekeeper actually charges them with the shot? I mean if it doesn't even hit the backboard who's to say it wasn't a pass?Yes, you had me double-checking. After the all-star game I got into it with a Warriors fan who was trashing Dame and saying Curry is the best deep shooter. That debate got me familiar with all the 3pt numbers by distance so I was pretty sure all the long ones are included. BTW Dame is a better deep shooter than Curry.
CURRY 2017-2020 3-pointers by distance
<30 695 of 1609 0.432
30-34 50 of 131 0.382
35-49 2 of 20 0.100
50-98 1 of 19 0.053 <-- respect to Curry not worried about taking heaves.
TOTAL 748 of 1779 0.420
DAME 2017-2020 3-pointers by distance
<30 753 of 1993 0.378
30-34 119 of 309 0.385
35-49 13 of 33 0.394 <-- for 35-39 Dame is above 0.400 but this is a small sample.
50-98 0 of 3 0.000
TOTAL 885 of 2338 0.379
How about Hood/Simons/Collins and all our picks forever?

I would like to hear that from someone in that position.
CJ / Nurkic / Little get it done
Towns and Rubio coming back
I wouldn't give Little but I would give Ant and a pick. Little is our best chance at a star level player that we don't have.
KAT is locked up until 23-24 so there is no risk.crossed my mind too. I’d like to hang onto Trent, Ant and Little. Maybe we can stick to Nurkic and CJ and add “filler” as required (Blevins? Lol) and a decent pick or two. After all, we take a risk that Towns re-signs-
I’d rather have 2018-2019 Nurk + CJ + Little over KAT + Rubio.
The only issue for me is, can Nurk replicate that season and can he stay healthy.
KAT hasn't been a picture of good health either, though not as bad as Nurkic
