according to a lot of people here, Whiteside is lazy, has hollow stats, and doesn't contribute to wins, so him sick shouldn't make a difference

Well, normally you'd get a good idea of the impact of Whiteside if he sits but the fact we have NO other center on the roster is really bad.

I know i'm not Bones but my impression is he has picked it up a bit. He is working hard. He is still getting called for some Ticky Tack fouls but i guess all decent perimeter defenders do. 1M might very well be the best at this point. Baze has his moments. CJ has picked it up this year also.

We've got a real chance at this one. I'm expecting a big night from Dame, CJ to score a little more and Hassan to play well against KAT (at least in the post). On a side note: What's up with that poll question? Are you trying to depress us??? We have no good perimeter defenders besides probably Hood, who I voted for and who is out for the season.

I didn't vote for Hood because he's out for the season. So I took Baze.

Based on what I’ve seen from the Toronto game and so far tonight I know our future:

Nurk comes back after AS game, plays limited role, gains momentum as we hover around the 8th seed, team jells as Nurk plays more, we go on, like, a 10 game win streak where we demolish every team we play to close out the season, clinch 8th seed, become most dangerous 8 seed ever, get swept or win the series in 7
