This season was all about playing young guys, getting them court time and learning the tricks of the trade. An Opening Night win against a depleted NOLA team that dressed 9 players meant very little.

Look for little things here and there that show individual development.....and watch the Top-5 projected picks in college.

If Dame cuts out the stupidly long 3s with a hand in his face while fading away early in the shot clock, his percentage won't look so bad. I swear he takes at least 3-4 per game. He might make one, but usually not. I'm only ok with those shots on nights where everything else is falling for him.

I saw him live on opening day. The shot just looks flat most of the time, hitting back iron. I don't know if that is the theme of his misses lately as well, but that is what I noticed opening night.
