It's not even the long bombs anymore that he's missing. His regular 23' shot off the dribble coming around picks used to be killer since his rookie year. Guys go under the screen, he burned em. No longer the case.

Maybe it's the fact that he palms the ball and brings his fingertips back off the ball when he reaches his set point? Or the fact that he bends his wrist sideways to get his hand under the ball but he doesn't do it till he reaches his set point? Or maybe its because his elbow is out so much.

Check out his shot in slow motion. It's actually kinda funky.

His shot has been off ever since he landed awkwardly on his wrist in November. I'm pretty sure it was his left wrist but I'm sure it's still bugging him. Not to mention I'm sure his plantar fasciitis is flaring up every now and then.
