I'm feeling for Schonz right now. He must be so angry inside... when we start losing games, it's going to be so glaring.
We've lost 2 games already. And we'll lose others. But we'll win far more.

We're not going to win a title this year.
We may, we may not, but Hack a whoever doesn't work so why are you freaking out about it. You've already declared we'll lose "lots of close games" this year. We'll see, won't we?

Dame get his shot back? When he and CJ are that hot from outside, we are tough to beat.

Loved what I saw from Harkless today. He and Aminu are so understated.

Plums was awesome, but 2-9 FT will not cut it in PDX, Mase. Needs work.

We'll see.

And that's not me freaking out. But, you can continue to put emotions to my words if it makes you feel better. You've done it this entire time anyway. :)

Before this game, Dame was #5 in the NBA in scoring at 25.5 ppg. CJ was #14 at 21.5 ppg.

With 35 tonight, that moves Dame to 27.4 ppg (he'll stay about #5). CJ's 27 puts him at 22.6 ppg (right around #10).

Wow!

We'll see if CJ is consistent. That's a worry of mine. He did GREAT tonight, though. I just worry about consistency.

His ball handling is money, great passer for a big, his post up game is underrated. He's an upgrade over Lopez for sure. Solid young Center.
But he's been making some really dumb passes lately, and dribbling into traffic not knowing what he's doing. So he's got those motor skills but it hasn't translated into much positive on the court. And he's not much of a post player. He might be good enough to take a much smaller player inside or finish when he catches in it deep, but he is by no means a "post threat". I like how he is more athletic than Robin, he's more active, but miss Robin's ability to make FTs

That was a pretty good performance, kind of what I expect of this team when it performs up to its realistic capabilities. Good hustle, lot of length and athleticism and depth.

Dame and CJ were on tonight, but I thought the way they ran the show and the shots they took were in the flow and made sense, and I liked that a lot.

Really like how I see Harkless's game coming along.

Free throw shooting and bad turnovers ... I think we're just going to have to get used to that this year, and some shooting slumps. Still, fun team to watch.

When I coached elementary-aged kids, I probably enjoyed it more than working with players at any other level, because they tried hard and you could see the development from day to day, week to week. I get a similar enjoyment watching this team. Trying not to get too caught up in wins and losses, but enjoy watching the players mature and the team progress.

He's played pretty well all season so far. No one scores the exact same amount of points each game.

Do you just assume I mean exact? I mean, who thinks that?

Stop trying to think you can think for me, thanks. I don't need it.

I know you're talking about Plumlee, but I feel like you're talking about Aminu. Plumlee's TOs tonight I didn't mind - he's pushing at the edge of his skill, and that's how you get better. Aminu's, OTOH, were just plain stupid, out-of-control, leaving his feet TOs. I'd much rather see Plumlee dribbling than Aminu.

Well, what do you want from CJ? He's been one of the most consistent players in the NBA this season. What are you worried about?

We'll see. I hope I'm wrong, but the jury is still out, IMO.
Seriously... CJ only needed playing time. He's got talent and great handles. I don't see him dropping lower than 18 ppg. He's gonna get better

Nice win still need to clean it up in some areas. I was hoping Von would show me something Tonight but he fail take advantage on Myres being out but he still have time to grow and they push him around alot tonight.

Blazers fans should be very happy. We didn't have Leonard and Henderson/Alexander are still out. And we beat a big team in their building.

Plumee had 5 turnovers tonight, which is terrible for a center. You can sort of excuse that for your PG who is handling the ball all the time. He can get better by not making dumb passes and trying to do things that are not his role. Sometimes you can be just good enough at something to suck.

Gotta credit Stotts by the way. He is favorite for coach of the year. Lillard is probably leading the MVP race right now.
