I think that's how he plays. Just relies on length. Nurk used his body and made people work. The effect was it kept the other team off the boards more.

Whiteside historically also hasnt had the team level affect on rebounding % that his individual numbers might suggest.

Aminu was a very good rebounder.
 
Whiteside's post ups have been....um....less than ideal so far this season.
 
Whiteside can definitely be a scoring threat but you have to get him the ball in immediate scoring position.
 
OKC is getting away with very physical defense so far.
 
Damn idk about our team this year guys. A lot of one on one this year. It’s just dame and Cj taking turns this year

I don't know about our team, guys. Our two best players keep taking all the shots.
 
I hate to beat the screening issue to death, but these pick and rolls with Dame/Hassan....there might as well not be a screen.
 
These officials are ass.
Portland players are letting calls affect them.
These officials are ass tho.

Portland really needs help. just awful offense. something's wrong with this team.
 
This is one of the most boring games I've ever seen. Jesus Christ.
 
When was the last CJ or Lillard made a pass like the one Ant made, that difficult pass to an open CJ? I feel those two have never kicked out from near the hoop and now we have shooters so they should doing it more.
