I had two in the cart then I got to a screen saying it would take up to three minutes, not to refresh, then a couple minutes later I get an error code address not found and I can't get back. That was at about 10:07. Next time I got in I was on that fake que thing and never got out.

Did anyone notice that the ticket for sale says ROUND 1 GAME 3 HOUSTON ROCKETS! I thought it was for Game 5 or is it just game 3 at the RG?

"GAME #" indicates "HOME GAME #".

I would have decided based on the seats I would have gotten, airfare. I probably would have given it to my dad or whatever in Portland.

if not, i would have sold it to someone here for what I paid.

You realize those letters don't get taken seriously. You have to keep them short and calm to expect any sort of positive outcome.

If you waited in the queue for more than a few minutes, then you had some sort of connection error. I had 4 friends get in and out of it all in less than under 5 minutes.

I'm an effective letter writer. Who knows what happened, many people were stuck in queue

Your website to buy playoff tickets was terrible. I waited 1 hour 20 minutes in "Queue" when I logged in right at 10am. Please try to get it together next time so I don't waste a tremendous amount of time while scalpers are scooping them up and selling them for 4-5x face value on Stubhub or Craigslist.

I didn't write any of those craigslist postings. Just found it amusing, and wanted it to post it here before they got taken down.

I do enjoy the fact that all these craigslist postings mention how they're season ticket holders and want to sell them. If you're a season ticket holder, don't you WANT to go to the game after going through the long haul of the season? Seems pretty fishy to me.

I have a friend who bought 4 tix and didnt have any problem.

That does not take into account the many others who did not receive tickets, or who were in a mysterious queue with no updates or who had tickets in their basket and lost them due to system errors.

Unless you are assuming that only 250 people tried to get tickets?

So what is the "perfect way" for them to sell tickets, because it seems like people have complained about just about every method now. Just a combo of all o fthe methods? Might have made it worse, from people online, to phone calls, and in person sales. Would have been a mess. People couldn't get through on the phone, so they complained, couldn't get through online, so they complained, and couldn't wait outside, so they complained.
