HCA really did work for Houston last year, right?

I mean, I can use last year as examples, so.
Because they couldn't guard Aldridge. No one will beat us if they have no solution for Aldridge.

We suck.

-EGameOver.

How is it a lie? It's not like we had lost and I told we didn't. At the time, we were up 11 and people were bitching. I said we should appreciate the win but it ended up slipping through our hands which has never happened under Lillard's watch.

Have patience. Take your own advice. That's my MAIN thing. Own up that you are telling us to do one thing while you did the very thing that you're telling us not to do. It may not be on the SAME level, but it's the same philosophy. That's what irks me. I love ya, man, but damn.

And that's a great example Strenuus. We're so good that we can win without HCA. Another thing to be happy about.

I never said to have patience. I'm just saying to enjoy the season.

1-1 vs Chicago
0-2 vs Atlanta
1-0 vs Washington
1-0 vs Toronto
1-1 vs Milwaukee
1-0 vs Cleveland
1-0 vs Charlotte
1-0 vs Miami
2-1 vs Spurs
0-2 vs Clippers
0-2 vs Grizzlies
1-1 vs Mavs
0-1 vs Rockets
1-0 vs Suns
0-1 vs Warriors

So....

11-12

Missing some losses. Suns and Cleveland just off the top of my head.

More importantly 4-9 vs the west. I don't give two shits about our record against lowly east "playoff" teams.

I brought it up earlier in the season when we lost to Houston. outside of the Spurs our record against west playoff teams was getting worrisome. Looks like I wasn't too far off.

You are right. 1-1 vs Cleve and 1-1 vs Phoenix, I was doing it off the top of my head.

That's patience. Are you kidding me? You're really going to play semantics with words? Own up to it dude.
Patience involves me telling you you have to wait for something. Enjoy the now. 5th best record in NBA.

A good season is fun. But there is only one goal and we are no where close to that goal because of a mix of things (coaching, bench is improved but still sucks, only have 4 good starters now, etc). The other goal is to keep Aldridge happy and Im not so sure going one and done in the playoffs does that which is what we look like.

San Antonio had HCA against us and had an answer for Aldridge. Teams like Houston and Golden State don't.

Alright. You obviously are failing at comprehending these things, and grabbing at miniscule details to try to prove points.

Here's the rub: We suck. Right now. Last year means nothing. We suck. Right now. We need the damn all star rest, and HOPE, HOPE, they rememeber how to play this game. But as of 2/7/2015, we suck. End of story.

That IS waiting. We're living in TODAY, which sucks, you're telling us to enjoy the season (Which goes until april). That would mean a length of time.

Wouldn't blame him if he left after that.

If you want to think the team sucks and you want to be devastated, then go ahead. I obviously can't change your mind and you'd rather be angry so do it. Riverman and I will be happy. Go Blazers!! Can't wait for tomorrow's game!

DENIAL IS FUN!!!

Our team doesnt suck. We're gonna win the next 15 and not even remember this game.

I tried.

If we're nowhere close, what teams ARE close? I see a bunch of teams at the top of the standings with not much winning experience and I see the teams with real championship-level experience below us in the standings and struggling. there is no runaway clear favorite right now. We have as good a chance as anyone.

Look it is nice you try to have a positive attitude, but with the last month in a half do you call that good ball? Because your idea of good ball is not the same as most of our views. Losing like the last 12 out of 17 or whatever it is, it pretty much terrible.

Semantics game.

As ANYONE? So philly, New york, Brooklyn, Minnesota, Utah, Charlotte, Phoenix, New Orleans. Just as good as them? I mean, that is what you said.

:ghoti:

Minnesota beat us so them.
