Maybe Im being a bit of a homer but I see Dame on his way to becoming an All NBA defender in the coming years. To me the improvement is that noticeable.

I loved how Harden didn't get the BS calls on the 3 point shots after they reviewed the last one on Mathews to verify it was a 3.

I think the refs saw that Harden was doing what he was does and decided to not "give" him any more calls unless it was blatant. After that point, I saw 2 shots where Harden flailed and was trying to get a call. He attempted it a 3rd time, but passed it off to a guy in the corner.

Could also have been someone shouted 23 at the refs and they all paused to go "wev let him shoot how many FTs? Jesus!"

I will never NEVER understand how that can be enjoyable to watch as a fan. Some people will say "Hey, whatever you have to do to win. He gets to the line." Yeah, free throws over and over and over are boring. Especially considering the way he "earns" them. I just cant wrap my head around it.
