This is what's annoying this team has stretches of play of OMG this team could be a playoff threat then stretches of play where they look like they should be a lotto team. Also it seems like they have too many of the later too much is why the team needed to balance the roster more at the deadline.

I think one of the issues with this team is they will play offense like they are the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors have the talent to play helter skelter, the Blazers don't.
