Haven't they? Well, Aminu/Hark have only played 3 more minutes than Layman/Hood. You gotta start Aminu and Hark though to balance out the starters and bench.

Has anyone been really impressed by Hood's defense these last two games? All I've heard about him coming in was how bad of a defender he is. But all I've seen is someone that is not only really smart, but his man-D is really disruptive and solid. He's good at reading the play, doesn't make mistakes, and contests every shot. Maybe all he needed was something to fight for before he cares.

Well the 2nd unit came in and set the tone of the game. This happen last game too.

I think I get what Stotts is doing with his lineups now. Aminu and Moe still start because if they swapped with Jake and Hood, our bench would never score. With things the way they are, we have 2 or 3 scoring threats on both the starting and bench lineups. And since there is only one ball to go around, it's better to keep the lineups more balanced. And hopefully Aminu and Moe offset Dame and CJs horrible defense.

You know. When he retired I actually agreed with Jack O'Donnell on one point. The heat he got for saying that refs ahouldn't try and be friends with the players, despite all the shit he did to us over the years, I agreed with him. Refs shouldn't be cracking jokes and suckinv up to Kobe.
