We get big leads and everyone thinks it's OK to stop doing the things that got us the big lead.

We got the big lead this game by outhustling them. We were getting all kinds of offensive rebounds. But then guys get lazy and think "OK, I can take this play on defense" or "We're up big, I can go for mine." Then we end up giving the momentum back to an inferior team.

We went to shit when we put Biggie at PF. We could have put either Melo or Ariza. After this stupid ass move we proceed to give up 5 straight open shots and the offense also becomes clogged with two nonshooters on the floor.
