I pretty much take that as the whole point. Ropp is a nobody who thinks he is somebody because he gave his opinion on a radio show that very few ever listened to for a couple years...

What is it that he said? And what did Quick do that pissed u off?

My issues with Jason Quick are many. He has been the jilted ex girlfriend of the Blazers for many years. Simply does not have the ability to be objective and his ethics are questionable. He simply tries to make stories out of nothing and does not keep things professional. Because of this the players simply do not trust him any longer and because of that i don't either.
Now Ropp is simply a guy that for some reason got lucky and they now call him an "Expert". If that guy is an expert then i should start calling myself and many of the members here doctors. As we all must hold PHD's in basketball studies. His radio show was limited and this Television presence is worse. Like i said this guy got lucky but by looking at his body of work he simply does not hold any knowledge any of us here don't have. Simply Opinions....

Sly i re-posted this list over on O-Live. Hope you don't mind but it was the best cumulative info i have found.
Thanks.

I am re-watching the game right now,but this time with the Warrior announcers. So far I am through qtr 1.
Love Barnett's quote that both teams are "happy teams". Meaning even though Dame and Steph dribble a lot, there is a lot of ball movement and all the players get their opportunities.
They play Happy...

Bob Ross would approve.

Happy little teams!

Portland has really turned into a nice place to play. I'm confident that Free Agents will be attracted by the opportunity to play along side Dame.

I think a big part is the GM finding hidden gems who just needed the right opportunity. I'm happy for these new players. You could see Harkless trying to be so cool and nonchalant in his interview after the game but he was struggling to keep his serious mean face on.

Neil Olshey just cannonballed into the GM of the year pool.

Harkless lit up when asked about Dame lol these guys must love playing with him.

He was talking to Quick wasn't he?

I have been watching the Warrior games as of late and have been very impressed with Shaun Livingston. I was worried about him last night. But barely noticed that he even played.

My favorite Harkless quote was when Quick asked him how he stopped sucking the last 4 or 5 games and he answered....I got to play!

He sounded like he wanted to punch Quick.

"Dude. Shut the fuck up. Stop asking me idiotic question. Get fired, bruh."

Dame was amazing last night best game I've seen him play..

I came in with zero expectations last night and even up to the time it became clear Kerr was not bringing the starters back (a couple minutes into the fourth) was still wary of a comeback. But for the first time this season, Im not going to lie, I paced in front of the TV.

I haven’t paced because I have kept it clinical this season. I have been watching for small victories like CJ and Dame playing well together, CJ being able to run the offense without Dame in the game, Vonleh making incremental steps forward in his game, Crabbe developing, Leonard developing, watching what Harkless and Aminu can bring, which one of Plumlee and Davis will be the best to keep long term or which one will bring back more in a trade to fill more needs on the team, how good is Lillard without the guys he played with his first three seasons, is Lillard a leader or will he just get his. And for the record ive always LOVED his leadership but this seaosn was going to be a true test. He's easily passed that.

Last night I paced. I have been excited for all the victories. But the losses haven’t hurt because I have expected them and the team has shown some promising things even in losses this season. Everybody knows my stance on the lottery thing, I would rather they not make the playoffs but I have always assumed they would get the pick this season and I would have nothing to worry about. I can still clinically say that there is a lot of season left to play out and this game is just one game in a long series of games. But I am pretty sure I will be pacing again on Sunday. So I guess I do want that playoff spot now. It's worth it at this point to root for all the wins possible this team looks ready to become a contender soon.
