Dame was amazing last night best game I've seen him play..

I came in with zero expectations last night and even up to the time it became clear Kerr was not bringing the starters back (a couple minutes into the fourth) was still wary of a comeback. But for the first time this season, Im not going to lie, I paced in front of the TV.

I haven’t paced because I have kept it clinical this season. I have been watching for small victories like CJ and Dame playing well together, CJ being able to run the offense without Dame in the game, Vonleh making incremental steps forward in his game, Crabbe developing, Leonard developing, watching what Harkless and Aminu can bring, which one of Plumlee and Davis will be the best to keep long term or which one will bring back more in a trade to fill more needs on the team, how good is Lillard without the guys he played with his first three seasons, is Lillard a leader or will he just get his. And for the record ive always LOVED his leadership but this seaosn was going to be a true test. He's easily passed that.

Last night I paced. I have been excited for all the victories. But the losses haven’t hurt because I have expected them and the team has shown some promising things even in losses this season. Everybody knows my stance on the lottery thing, I would rather they not make the playoffs but I have always assumed they would get the pick this season and I would have nothing to worry about. I can still clinically say that there is a lot of season left to play out and this game is just one game in a long series of games. But I am pretty sure I will be pacing again on Sunday. So I guess I do want that playoff spot now. It's worth it at this point to root for all the wins possible this team looks ready to become a contender soon.

Dude. What the hell happened to you. You never write more than a sentence, then BAM!

In all seriousness, nice post!

I've seen a few negative comments on articles about the team running up the score and Damian padding his stats. I felt like it was totally out of respect. The Warriors are the best team with the best player in the league. They're known for their ridiculous 20+ point come backs in the 4th quarter. They are historic level good at this. I don't feel like any team would be smart to take their foot off the gas before the buzzer sounds if they're ahead of the Warriors. I know what Bogut thought but Curry didn't look offended at all. GS doesn't let up on other teams when they're kicking ass.

I've NEVER had a problem with a team running the score up on us. If we can't defend them, then we deserve to get our asses kicked.

They couldn't defend us. They deserved to get their asses kicked.

This is just trying to save face for getting whooped. If they couldn't stop us, why is that our fault?

And it's not like they don't run up the score nearly every game...

great post

dont think if they had made any kind of run, that Kerr would not have tossed his starters back in..

"So the coach think I'm not an all star well ok let me just drop 50 on Golden State then"

Do these fans feel threatened, or were they just reluctant to give back the ball?

We did something no team has really pulled off last night...we got in their heads..they will not be full of swagger next time we play them

Cleveland fires their coach after we blow them out.

Houston admits they're now a "broken" team.

Golden State is rattled, losing their composure.

We're getting blow out wins causing mental damage.

Really interested in seeing how we come out after that high. Seem to remember BRoy struggling a bit after he dropped his 50.

Just a massive game with huge playoff implications tomorrow vs Utah.

That is what he starts doing each night. 5 of his 7 assists came in the first quarter right?
Yep, and it worked well for him haha but in all seriousness he needs to get the frontcourt going because the Jazz don't exactly have a great backcourt so Dame and CJ can get theirs. I think Dame will finish with like 20-28 points and 7-10 assists

You have to find it a bit funny when the defending champs at 48-4, at the time, were begging for mercy from our 27-27 team with 6 mins. left in the game.
