Try Gabriel or Little at PF. Anyone with some mobility and length. by my count the Pelicans have scored on every possession in which they have put Melo in a pick and roll.

Growing up, he had a hoop in a covered area where the roof was only about 11' or so high. It's what he had so made the best of it. Had to learn to shoot so that the ball would go in but didn't have much are or it would hit the ceiling.
