It's just kinda crazy to think that we are what, 60+ games into the season and we just now had a bench player go for 18. Afflalo is the man but damn, our bench was terrible. Not really, when we expect our starters to get 85% of the scoring.
That's true, but we didn't have a true "6th man" on our bench, just a collection of 3 or 4 guys to act like a 6th man. Before AA, we would hope our bench guys would hold a lead/keep the deficit reachable. Now with AA, we expect him to drop double-digits every game. It's just kinda crazy to think that we are what, 60+ games into the season and we just now had a bench player go for 18. 2 game swing over the last 3 nights. Our playoff odds went from 98% to 99%, with the division from 82% to 90% after last night. Should be 100% and 95% now.7 games up. Man, that was a HUGE, HUGE game. Really happy for Eric that the trip across the country was for a great game and a win.

Batum has played well lately though,i think AA has pushed him to be better.Afflalo got 30 minutes tonight, which is good, but he needs to get that every night, sacrifice Batum's minutes.
Nah, I think Nic's resurgence has been due to rest and recovery of his wristBatum has played well lately though,i think AA has pushed him to be better.
Kaman is so hit and miss... More miss than hit. I can't wait for Freeland to come back. This team is beginning to impress me. In past years they might have folded, but the bench really made a difference. Kaman and Triple A were great.
Yeah. But he's fiery.Kaman is so hit and miss... More miss than hit. I can't wait for Freeland to come back.

Getting away from pick and roll with Westbrook and McGarry cost then the game. That killed us in the 3rd, and could have buried us in the 4th.Brooks got out coached again.
Not trying to take away from the players, but the coach decides who plays and Brooks had some bad line ups at weird times.
Stotts made the needed adjustments in the fourth and Brooks had no answer.

Can't watch, but he's been stuck on some pretty shitty teams. I think this might be the first decent team he's even been on.Anyone watching the post-game interviews, AA looks like a giddy-school girl with a huge grin being in this playoff atmosphere situation.
Hard to believe OKC has played 6 more road games than Portland. We could not afford to lose this game at home.
Let's hope he can get motivated for the playoffs. Doubt it thoAmen to that. The flickers of life Kaveman showed at the beginning of the season are almost gone.
