He can be in the discussion, but the discussion is for second. Curry is so far ahead of the rest of the league in the MVP race, it's not even worth discussion. It's like Walton in 77-78. He got injured 60 games in, missed the rest of the season, and still won the MVP because there simply was no competition. This year is the same way.

He's played mvp level ball post all star break and thats when the chants started. I think all of us know curry is a lock and cant even argue but we can still be fans and support our mvp.
