Look i'm gonna give the guy credit for hitting those two free throws BUT........

I don't think i have ever seen a single player ever have as bad a 8 second run as he did at the end of the first quarter. The dude single handedly gave the Warriors (Defending NBA Champions) 6 points without so much as a shrug. First with 8 seconds remaining he decided it would be a good thing to slap KD in the face giving him 2 free throws and the ball. Then with 4 seconds left he decided to play loose on the former scoring champ giving him what is pretty much a sure shot, open jumper from 10 foot. Then with 3 seconds decides he can dribble right around Curry who immediately picks his pocket and goes uncontested to the basket just waiting there 2 steps away.
I was in the middle of travel and had stopped to eat and check out the game. As soon as that happened i simply got up, paid my bill and walked out. I had seen enough of Evan "The Torturer" Turner. Was really glad to see the Blazers survived that mess.

I kind of agree with most of his statements. That team is a great team. They have to take every teams best shot every night out. Portland used to be that way also. Teams always played their best game when they played the Blazers.

Nurkic was the difference. We finally have that third scorer.

No we don’t. I’m one of his biggest fans but that’s not his game right now. The fact that we have to lean on him so heavily speaks more to to the weakness in our roster. Nurkic would be best fit in the Steven Adams role. We still need to find a reliable third scorer. Collins could be that guy but that’s still ways away.

It's nice to see the team start out and finish up strong against inferior competition, even though they laid off the gas in the middle of the game and let them catch up. Shows that the Blazers have the "flip the switch" ability that they'll need to win the championship this year.

Walton must be the greatest babbler to ever ramble on live Tv, the guy is funny like 10% of the time but it becomes unbearable after a few minutes.
