Anybody who complains about Dame's game after the numbers he puts up has no brain sir. Not his fault he is surrounded by bench role players at best. He's an easy target, but we'd have maybe 5 wins without him.

Realist thing you ever wrote.

Ingrates.

No one should be complaining about his offensive game, but his defense is so bad. A little less 22 second dribble with an off balance 3 and 1 defensive effort, and we may win that last night

2.5 from the playoffs........ 2.5 from the #4 pick............ Interesting
2.5 games from an embarrassing 4 game sweep or the #4 pick is another way to look at it.

Crabbe is a 2/3 but when he plays the 3 he's more effective, his talent is better utilized. I've said in another thread, we should go smaller in the backcourt (Napier playing with both Dame or CJ) and bigger in the front court with Vonleh or Leonard at PF and Ed Davis should also be getting a chance. Even though he had a very slow start of the season, he could be helping us right now

I don't think it comes down to what position Crabbe is playing nearly as much as who he's playing with. With Turner, out, Crabbe playing with Shabazz gets him more open looks. So, in that situation he's better at the 3. When Turner gets back, it would make sense to have Crabbe playing more at the 2 with Turner driving and kicking out.

As an extreme example, if Crabbe were traded to PHI, next season, with Ben Simmons, Crabbe would be a great starting 2 for them.

And, that's the problem with Crabbe, he is almost 100% dependent on someone else creating shots for him. He cannot create for himself or others. He's very good at one thing - shooting the basketball, but is one of the most 1-dimensional players I've ever seen. He can be successful in the right situation. Unfortunately, I don't thank that situation is here. He'd also be great in HOU, but with all their shooters, they don't really have a need for him.

I stand corrected, 4 wins

If true, that means we have gone 2-52 in the games that Dame did play, since we went 2-3 in the 5 games he didn't.

You must hate all the rest of the guys if you think taking Dame off the team would turn them into the worst team in the history of the NBA.

We've won games without him last season and this season. CJ is good.

Give teams time to gameplan around a CJ led team and we would be in lottery watch by Thanksgiving.
