The one real test going forward is going to be when these hacks start legitimately scouting us as a threat. I think that was the biggest thing we saw in these last two games, neither of these teams were ready to stop us. They had no idea what we were doing. That is probably over right now, people are going to start taking us seriously. All it is going to take is one team to figure our guys out, and then every team in the league will be on to it. It is inevitable that this will happen, and how our guys adjust to it will tell us all we need to know.

The one bad thing about tonight - Leonard will now get to suck the oxygen out of the gym for another 15 or 20 games before Stotts gives somebody else a chance.

Do you really think teams need to scout us to stop us? Our offense is Dame and CJ with offensive rebounding and ball movement.. It's not hard to figure out

Scouting report: "Hope you have two mobile big men 7'0" or taller, two defensive stoppers, and a rebounding fiend in your starting lineup, otherwise you'll have trouble."

Wow. Is this the longest regular season game thread we've ever had? #794 posts!!

One thing I'd like to see is the team make more of an effort to get plumlee involved offensively. I see no reason why he can't develop into a legit low post scorer. He has good feet, can jump, a strong lower base, and a pretty good hook shot. Also has the court vision to handle extra responsibility.

You know I find myself asking the same question. He's being used a lot like Lopez was, but he pulls off some moves in the post that you just never saw from him. There are plenty of examples of him becoming a legit focus for scoring.

I think if Stotts were to give an honest reply, he'd say, "Yeah, he could give us 15 a night. Maybe 20 if he really develops. But then you have another Deandre Jordan/Dwight Howard situation where you come to really rely on a guy through three quarters and are terrified at the end of the game to play him because of free throws. Since Shaq broke down, you just just don't see scoring centers in this league win championships if they suck at free throws."

Although Dame is our clear leader, I love it that we're playing team ball. Everyone is contributing something. 6 guys in double-figure points. 3 guys with 8 or more rebounds. 4 guys with 4 or more assists.

This team is fun to watch!
