I don't care about the 2nd part, but the first part is dead on. We need to do the same thing in game 7. TB will show up MUCH harder after this terrible game by them, but our plan needs to be the same...EVERYTHING on net and guys pounding in front. If we start with the fancy sh*t again I will drive to MSG and tackle AV...LOL.

Bishop 5 goals allowed in 3 of his last 4 games.

The second part was referring to rest of this game. Big deficit, just like game 4, I expect a lot of chippiness.
 
Bishop was scored on in game four and then won game five 2-0. I wouldn't start talking about that stuff for game seven.

And that's my point Mess. I have no clue what Bishop will do in game 7, but I do know if we don't fire everything on him I will be pissed. That is what happened in game 5. I really think Bishop made 2 or 3 tough saves all game. We CANNOT allow that to happen in game 7.

His potential mental question marks were never tested in game 5.
 
In all seriousness what's up with the Ranger defense? Like a bunch of idiot ass fools out there this series.
 
TB is a very good offensive team with a lot of speed. They deserve some credit also.
 
Lightning are about to make this a game again because of stupidity.

It's not doubting the team, it frustration with the way they play. It pisses a lot of us off. On paper the Rangers are the better team, but on most nights, they have trouble showing up.

A big issue has been the defense. It simply hasn't been all that good. I'm not sure what's up with this defense corp.
 
jam is right. When they play like they did in game 5 yeah we all get pissed. Now we'll all expect the Rangers to show up big in game 7 and play a strong game, watch it be another game 5 nip and tuck game where we don't shoot enough.

They better come out to play HARD for a full 60 minutes, not letting Tampa Bay get into there style of game. You do that by hitting, and taking away the ice.
 
Yes, they will need to score in game seven but please Mcdonagh, Girardi and Staal wake the hell up.

There were people on this board bailing out and saying it's over. I'm not as big of a homer as Al, but I was hopeful we'd show up because we typically do. But I also know that the law of averages isn't in our favor with this falling behind crap

You guys are funny, game was never in doubt late and you guys all saying why can't we do anything easy. Up 3 with 5 or 6 minutes left is easy in the playoffs.

Said the big guys needed to show...hello Mr. Brassard.

Now show up in game 7...we score 1st and we'll win game 7...I 100% believe that.
 
I do worry about them playing Tampa at home..kind of wish game 7 was in Florida too.

I had flashbacks of the Anaheim/Hawks series where both of those teams out up goals ridiculously fast. And let's face it, if it's gonna happen again, it makes sense to happen tonight lol
