Passing lanes mean nothing to Nurkic - he plays in the 4th dimension.I don't see it as a good fit. Teams will just sag off Turner on P&R plays, and clog the lane

I honestly don't know. The only person that does is Jusuf. Hopefully what makes him tick is competition and not just revenge. How long, though, do you think that'd last? I can't imagine for too long... 1-2 games maybe.
That being said, with professional athletes the "jab" always seems to last longer, and I do have that worry too.
I only want to be in the playoffs if there is a promise that Myers Leonard won't play. Sign a guy out of the D-league to take his place.

In the olden days, Schonely used to host the "fifth quarter" out on the court after games, with a fairly lengthy seated interview. A significant portion of the fans would stick around for it. I'd always listen on the radio. Yes, it was awesome.Btw I noticed after the game when Brooke interviewed Nurk the whole arena could hear it. Was that always happening with players interviews after games?
I can't believe people have just sailed on past this......
El.... oh..... El.
Yep. Meyers is a career 77% three point shooter in the playoffs.ML played by far the best ball of his career in the playoffs.

Lol. Damn, that's very well put. That's how it feels and seems to me too....I get the vibe from him that he just wants a culture that wins - and even though we're below .500 - we've been a "winning" team with this group, so I feel safe thinking it's more about " the love for the girlfriend" than the "See what I have, Ex? How you like me now?!"
I am hoping it is. Turner has that great elbow shot that has finally shown up, now that he has settled in here. They gotta start the P&R down low though. None of that crap way out at the 3 point line. Guess we'll see....I don't see it as a good fit. Teams will just sag off Turner on P&R plays, and clog the lane
What does it mean to you to be a star? In my view, you have to be good at more than one thing. Someone who sucks and defense and is good at offense shouldn't be called a "star", or else that just waters down the word. We can call Damian average at defense we want to be generous. His PG skills are also average at best, he's not the playmaker that we've seen in the past with PGs like Porter, Miller, Strickland. He looks too much for his own shot and forces up crap, which makes him very inefficeint much of the time at the one thing he is good at.
Dame is absolutely a star. Does he have flaws? Yes. The things mentioned in an earlier post are all fair crticisms of Dame's game.If you look at his resume, that's the definition of a star.
Rookie of the year.
2x All Star.
2x All NBA
Currently averaging 26, 5, and 6
That's a star, whether you think so or not.

I think a lot of fans would like to see the trajectory of his star to be more Kidd than Melo. Both great. Both superstars. Only one really made his teammates better.
Ok. Well name all of the NBA players you think are stars. Just MVP candidates? The best player on each team? All Star? Endorsements? What does it mean to you to be a star?
