Pretty certain the PRIMARY job of the ref on the sideline (who is LOOKING AT the exact spot) is to pay attention to oob. He's looking right at it and missed the call. He better not have a job on Monday. They call this a high pressure league, right? Refs paid pretty damn well too. Need some sorta accountability
