Which seed do you predict the Blazers will get at the end of the season?

  • Total voters
    32
  • Poll closed .
Portland's 56.0% field goal percentage and 37-point margin (121-84) tonight both represent season highs.

The Trail Blazers bench outscored Magic reserves, 60-29, and shot 23-for-35 from the field (10-16 3-PT).

Jesse Pinkman looked pretty good in garbage time. He couldbe a good role player in a couple of years.

Full time points in the paint
Us - 50
Them - 32

Great points in the paint turnaround by us.

Quarter time points in the paint
Us - 6
Them - 12

Half time points in the paint
Us - 28
Them - 22
And the improvement came at both ends.

Not only did we look to penetrate more, and not settle for outside shots (mind you, we were draining those outside shots); we also lifted at the other end, and reduced their penetration.

Man look at that assist total tonight!!! 34 must be a high for several years. Holy cow Viola! Damian had an A/M of 2.0!!! Outstanding man!
Leonard did damn nice in the assist department too.

Happened in 2014. A couple of years.

Alright then Noah, that's what we're waiting for. About Pat C, I've seen a lot of him (being a Notre Dame fan) and the guy is going to be a solid player. Definitely is a plus athlete, can shoot and he can really rebound. He averaged like 7 Rbs as a senior and this is a guy who's 6'5 or whatever he is. If he can continue to improve that outside shot he could be a rotation guy next year.

I realize it was garbage time, but his handles gave me a lot of hope. He is big, physical and athletic for a SG. Looks to have potential to be a good rebounder and passer. I agree once (if) he adjust to the NBA 3 pt line, he could very well get solid minutes. For someone. He looked a lot more comfortable out there tonight. This summer will be huge for him.

Great game tonight. I thought for a blowout, the crowd was really into it. Maybe the incident with Jason Smith, Damion Lillard, and Ed Davis added a bit more emotions than what might not typically be there in a win this big.

ESPN Highlights -

"Blazers bounce back in big way"

A solid all around game for virtually everyone that played. 48 minutes of focused team basketball. Fun to watch!

So did no one notice that on the very next play after Ed got ejected, Fournier flagrantly kicked Plumlee in the Plums? Nobody? Plumlee sure noticed it he could barely walk for the next half dozen possessions. It was obviously on purpose; his leg came way out and up to make contact. I was waiting for Plums to take his head off at the first opportunity but Fournier never got within 10 feet of him after that.

He is bulky for his height. This summer, he should turn that extra flesh into muscle. His slim ceiling is Gerald Henderson. His all-muscle ceiling is Wesley Matthews.

If we play like every night we can play with anyone. This how play when got in that winning streak glad to see some good basketball from our guys.

I saw Plums was hurt but I didn't see how or know who did it.

Plumlee went over to contest Fourniers layup and Fournier threw his right leg out kicking Plums in the Nards. There is no way that was an accident. Considering what had just transpired, I expected an ejection. Unfortunately Plums was in no condition to confront Fournier and force the refs to review the play. I wished Plums would have gone after him at some point but it didn't seem like he realized it was intentional. It would have been fun to see what would have happened if Fournier had done that to Boogie. Hell even Meyers is more of an enforcer/payback guy than Plumlee.

I know you're actually giving him credit but nobody has ever even heard of that stat that you continue to use. It's like you arbitrarily made it up.

Good solid blowout win..glad to see Dame getting the other guys the ball to score...good to see Crabbe get it going and a huge shoutout to the bottom of the bench! PC, Roberts, Vonleh and Kaman played well. Meyers Leonard is playing really good ball these days....he's looking more and more confident and his passing has been great....Vonleh had a few nice slam dunks that seemed to shake the rust off his shot. Enjoyed the win! Go Blazers! 9 more wins to my 43 prediction which I was thoroughly heckled for making back in November. Shoutout to Ed Davis for the smackdown on Smith after he elbowed Dame earlier...that was not a flagrant 2...just a hard foul.

None of those Chicago Bulls teams had an enforcer. Please don't call Rodman an enforcer.

None of those San Antonio teams had an enforcer. Please don't call Bowen an enforcer.

Golden state does not have an enforcer. Please don't classify Draymond Green or Bogut as enforcers.

The Miami Heat didn't have an enforcer.

I personally don't think you need one.

The only thing you need is someone (or a majority of the team) who won't put up with shit like dirty screens and cheap shots.

I love what Ed Davis did last night, tho I think the refs overreacted to it. But I'm glad he did it. Shows team cohesiveness, and togetherness.

Missed the game last night. But I can't seem to get the archived version on LP BB. Anyone else have any success with it?

Funny I had ever heard this before but was talking to my wife about the resemblance last night.
I think I am the only one here using it. And it came to me just like you. It is just so right. ...

Well let us just be happy I am giving him the credit as I see it. It feels good to be able to do so. I have explained this all I am ever going to do. If you don't understand or accept it, so be it. I find no fault.

I really appreciated the game and the domination the Blazer team showed. Damian as the leading scorer was not the salient point, he was the exceptional leader.
