Because i would play that way also. So it's what i like to see. This is entertainment for me. I am entertained by my team playing with heart and as competing as hard as they can.Why is that good? The NBA season is a long marathon trying to sprint in the middle of it slows you down more than it speeds you up.
KingSpeed, the voice of reason.
From what I've seen I don't think there's much difference in the talent between:
West / Davis
Martin / Crabbe
Ginobli / Henderson
Anderson / Harkless
Even Mills / Roberts
Obviously Kawhi eats Aminu's lunch, and likewise for LMA/Vonleh. Otherwise the talent level of Parker/Dame, Green/CJ, and Plumlee/Duncan isn't THAT huge. Yes, Duncan is the best PF to ever play, but he's been a role player for 3-4 years now - sound fundamentals and mid-range game are the only thing that separate him from Plumlee at this point.
You are a bit biased i believe. Not that i don't understand but he has put up the numbers and is now a 4 time All-Star and will be at least 4 more before he is done. He will most likely win enough and will get in. At least that is the way i see it. The guy is a second pick and has always been on winning teams.Leonard maybe, LMA will have to win a ring or two after Duncan retires before he will even be considered.

Well you do have a point there but Rasheed was also a bit of a problem at times. His overall attitude might have had a little to do with that. Aldridge is a whole different level of player in that category.Rasheed had a better career, won a ring, and he's not in the HOF.
They are good and made for the long haul. I would not be surprised at all if they knock off the warriors.Spurs are a deep, well coached team..no shame in the score tonight, I thought we did well for the most part
Also Rasheed only made the All-Star team 4 times. Aldridge will most certainly make it 8-10 times.Rasheed had a better career, won a ring, and he's not in the HOF.

You know what frustrates me the most about all of this? And tell me if I'm not the only one...
These two times that Dame has faced LA, he's had an opportunity to go ape shit and score like nobody's business, and show LA what he walked away from. And to embarrass him.
And yet...two underwhelming games in a row against SA. And LaBitch sits there laughing on the bench.
It drives me fucking batshit nuts.
Did Obama make the Hall Of Fame? Michelle maybe but i just don't see that skinny dude making it?Thanks Obama.
How is it a voice of reason? We're getting ready to go into the playoffs. Who are we most likely to see in the playoffs? The Warriors, Spurs, and Thunder.
Warriors crushed us all game and won by 16.
Thunder crushed us all game and won by 34.
Spurs have handily won the second half and are beating us by 8.
We're not doing so hot against playoff teams right now, and those are the teams we're going to have beat, in their house, if we have any hope of advancing.
My reverse Jinx worked! We only lost by eight. The poll question should have been, how much will we lose by?

Why do the Spurs play such loud music at their arena?
Sly Strikes again!SlyPokerDog is an idiot.
Well, that's kinda my point. My original statement was that coaching was the reason the Spurs are so much better than us, not talent. While admitting that they are more talented...but not by as much as people seem to think.
Take nothing for granted. They have Anthony Davis and the Blazers have absolutely no answer for him.Frustrating stretch of games. Think we're finally thru the forest. Need to get a win tomorrow. MUST WIN
Geez Blue, you forgot the main pair.
Popovich/Stotts
The difference there is why Aldridge and Mills play so damn well in SA instead of Portland.
I asked for this after the first ten games of the season; I guess Stotts doesn't read this forum. Can we institute an Aminu isn't allowed to dripple rule?
Don't particularly see how being outcoached by the best is any reflection on Stotts.
