I got to admit with the overall thought on this thread that playing to their lineup gets really old. Should have stayed with Nurk, Aminu and Harkless. Those are the players that have been winning at the end of games over the last month. Just didn't make sense to me. Make then adjust to the Blazers at home. Not the other way around.

Fucking Connaughton man, Trash Ass Player. Imagine if Connaughton would have hit one fucking shot of his bunch 1-8 wide open shits , and it wasn't like he was taking tough shots. When was his last Good Game on Offense btw? Probably that Game against minnesota fucking two Months ago. I see zero reason to resign Connaughton, he gives the Team nothing

Against Houston (small ball) I thought our best defensive lineup included Harkless, Aminu and Nurk. So do the same here.

I wish we kept Crabbe and his 40% three.

You are making yourself look a little foolish. With statements like this.

That's a bad loss....period. The only silver lining I can find is that Brad Stevens is one of the top 2 coaches in the league IMO. A bad-back Turner in at the end of the game? WTH? And even though CJ is a magician with the dribble, he so over-dominated the ball in the 4th quarter even when he was scoring while teammates just stood around, watched and high fived him when he scored.....but it killed the rhythm the rest of the team had.

Boston meanwhile, with completely inferior players for the most part, kept moving the ball, quick passing, hard cuts....and getting easy, wide open looks so much more often by the entire team. But that is nothing new.

There were so many thing that I didn't like from the tip but no made what they were....that is a bad loss....period.

You can't explain something that makes no sense.
That could also be the answer to Scalma's post just above it: "Why is Layman even active over Baldwin, especially when two ball handlers (Napier and Turner) have nagging injuries??"

What’s our record against one or both of those damnable Morris Brothers?

Marcus: 6-10 vs
Markief: 8-12 vs

We haven’t beaten a team with Marcus on it since March, 2015. We’ve lost five straight against him. We’re 2-5 against Markief teams in the same time period.

Damn

Haven’t read any of this game thread yet. I read the whole thing after a win. After a loss, much harder.

My thoughts. We played a good game until the second unit sucked in the fourth. But the game was still in reach. Then "WTF Terry!!!" I love Stotts. He's an excellent coach. I don't know shit about basketball by comparison. But to my mind, with the game on the line, you don't sub out one of your best players for one of your worst players. You don't let the enemy dictate your lineup. The result was predictable. No defense, two easy layups, a key missed rebound, and you still didn't shut down the three.
"You don't let the enemy dictate your lineup" BRAVO! Make them adjust to you by leaving Nurk in. HE"S one of our 3 best players. Unless Nurk has fouled out, he needs to be on the court in crunchtime PERIOD!! Asinine move from Stotts.

Excuse me for a second...

FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope didn't help me feel any better about the game last night, had to have that one.

Just did the math, Pats shooting 31% from 3pt since the start of December. That's awful.

Man, I would love if we could sign Hezonja in the summer but can't see it happening because someone will give him more money than Blazers. But he would be such an upgrade to Pat.
