I'm all for beating up on the East, but our conference record is still the worst of the 8 Playoff teams. Since we won't be playing the East in the Playoffs, our record against the West matters.

Not really, the playoffs are so much different then the regular season. In the regular season you get so many schedule losses, and off nights, and I dont know I just dont think how you fared in the regular season matters a whole lot once the playoffs start.
