Disagree wholeheartedly. A superstar is carrying this team to victories and making them look good. Its pretty much similar to Lebron and the Cavs. Lue is not a good coach and once Bron leaves them next year they will be bottom feeders. Same would be the case for us because Stotts is not a good coach and wouldn't be able to do much without riding a superstar.

I wasn't at practice...film sessions or in the locker room...have no idea why he didn't play tonight but I'm sure the coaching staff did....I actually trust the development and coaching the Blazers have...also the medical staff..lots to cheer for from my view...ask Dame or Ed Davis about Stotts sometimes...they tend to agree with me

Dame has never played for another coach so he doesn't have anything to compare Stotts to. I don't remember who the LAL coach was when Davis was there, but I can assume he sucked. Forgive me if I don't put any weight in their opinions on the matter.

1.) He defends well
2.) He wants to attack the paint over settling for jumpshots
3.) He moves the ball well.

Coaches have their favorites or get stuck in a rut. It's why Jermaine O'Neal didn't get time and then went and tore it up elsewhere. And it's not like a guy can't come out of the G-League or D-League in the past and make an impact. Anyone remember Billy Ray Bates?

It's like the same 5 people putting all their woes on Baldwin not playing more.
C'mon now they guy did play some good defense for a stretch. Then he did make a couple shots. But he also got schooled by Ginobili. So it's not like he is gonna get minutes before the rotational guys that have been there all season. He needs to be used i agree but it's like these same people want him playing 20-25 mins a game.

Hell, CJ said it himself in his sit down with Chris Haynes that Sotts hates some of the things he does and would like to see him continue to better balance his creativity and playing within the team concept.

No joke, what does Pat do that Baldwin doesn’t? You can maybe say he’s a better shooter but he can’t get open to save his life and averages like 2 attempts a game.
