That name should have been returned to the New Orleans franchise.

Henceforth they shall be called the Utah Polygamists.

Ohhhhh, I think we're assuming different outcomes for us tonight. I'm assuming we lose, which would put us in the 5th seed assuming SAS wins, or 4th is NOP wins.

Took a minute for me to get this. Thanks @KingSpeed for your patience. If if we lose if SAS win and OKC wins, alk 3 teams will end the season tied. So if it was just us and SA tied SA would get the 4th, but because three teams are tied it works differently. The best head to head between the three teams wins. We have won the most between them so we get it

When the Pelicans were the Hornets it would have made so much sense to make Utah the Hornets and New Orleans the Jazz. I had heard that hornets are pretty abundant around Salt Lake City.
