How do you explain the two obvious non continuation calls early that were so flagrantly bad? Set a toneIt really isn't. The Lakers have been the aggressors since the start of the second quarter. Driving into the lane and playing more physically than the other team will almost always lead to forcing the refs to call a game that leans in your favor. This isn't some screw job by the refs, this is a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
No fast break points because you generally have to play defense to get those.
Calls get missed all the time. You're not being objective. How do you explain the two obvious non continuation calls early that were so flagrantly bad? Set a tone
Yeah I know. That’s the worst. But.... this is Blazers/Lakers, and the NBA wants so badly for the Lakers to be good. National TVThe refs fucking over the Sacramento Kings in the WCF finals against the Lakers wins that honor. This game isn't even in the top 10,000.

You’re right, I’m not. Either way, something is off.... tell me you can’t sense itCalls get missed all the time. You're not being objective.
This game isn't really that bad. The Blazers shitty shot selection and wet toilet paper defense are 80% of their woes. The fact you admit they have 10,000 games worse than this just shows how fucked this league is.
If will lose this Stotts can go fuck himself. I've been defending him for years and I'm done.

They've given Damian some bailout calls this quarter too. It's just a run-of-the-mill poorly officiated game. I don't see a bias in the general shittiness. The problem is that the Blazers are letting the Lakers get into the lane at will and the refs are calling a lot of ticky tack shit. You’re right, I’m not. I respect your opinion, always have. I’ll agree to disagree. This league wants nothing more than to see the Lakers and Ball succeed on the national stage this early in his rookie season. This was/is a benchmark game for their beloved franchise. It stinks to high heaven. They've given Damian some bailout calls this quarter too. It's just a run-of-the-mill poorly officiated game. That would require live-ball stops . . .Oh look, still 0 fastbreak points for Portland.
I'm sure the league would love for the Lakers to be relevant again and for Ball to become a star. That said, I haven't seen anything in this game that leads me to believe there's some conspiracy from the zebras. The Blazers are playing like shit. Full stop.I respect your opinion, always have.
