It’s almost unbelievable how bad CJ is. I feel like I’m watching an entirely different player.

I know I've said it before, but something just ain't right about CJ this year. Maybe he's mad at something, or he's become content with his huge contract, or he secretly wants to be traded and the team is trying to accommodate him (it definitely would explain things), or the team is trying to trade him and he's pouting (tho why would they have extended him?).

Or it's something else. He is playing like a 15 year vet on the tail end of his career.

Would it be any better to have not traded Meyers, Harkless and Turner? I figured it would be a wash but Whiteside would be a lot better than Leonard. I'm seeing some meaningless blocked shots but not much more in the last few games from Whiteside. And Meyers definitely set better picks for Lillard to get open from the 3 point line.

I thought Whiteside would be a better defender and rim protector? I would also like to see him start converting on offense. Lots of opportunities for him to exert himself in this game.

Not sure what is wrong with CJ...but I've wanted him gone for 3 years. He can have some great nights but his style of play is the farthest thing from team ball I've seen in quite some time. Jack Ramsey is rolling over in his grave at that nonsense.

I understand CJ has shot poorly but he also has not got any calls either. A couple times he has been hit pretty hard. Like to see the refs give him a whistle every now and again?

I think Whiteside is definitely showing that he'd be Nurks backup if Nurk was playing.

I question the basketball know how of anyone who suggested they re-sign him and trade Nurk.

Injuries, lack of cohesion, lack of effort, and what appears to be a compete lack of confidence from everyone except Dame, Simons, and maybe Bazemore.
You forgot lack of coaching.

Dude, he literally can't be traded so this post was a waste.

We've scored 23 pts other than Dame first half and 15 were bench pts.....our starters are not scoring

WTF man, this has nothing to do with those two. I want Little to play at this point over them. Just because he might be a better option than those two doesn't mean we can start claiming "told ya Little was ready"
Its lile having to pick between a slightly shitty option, a more shitty option, and a super shitty option.

You take the slightly shitty option, but that doesnt make it not shitty, so to say.

he’s not good at drawing contact. Getting to the line has been one of his biggest weaknesses and it’s never gotten better in 5 years.

Three things that always make me think of my childhood when it comes to Blazer games on TV (outside of the Horns song).

Merry Christmas, from Payless...Merry Chrissssssssssstmas!
Franz bread the good bread, flavor beyond compare!
And the music from those Bi-Mart commercials .

These deep motivational commercials by Damian really have changed my life for the positive. The world too I would imagine.

God I wish I got a chance to play in this game.

Halftime
Us - 49
Them - 54

FG %
Us - 34.8%
Them - 41.2%

FTM/A(%)
Us - 12/13 (92.3)
Them - 4/8 (50%)

We’re playing and shooting awfully. Our 3P% is better than our FG%. Free throws the only thing keeping us close. Brooklyn should be disappointed with themselves that they haven’t buried us yet.

We’re down by 5 at halftime in the 9th game of the season and people are in panic mode.

CJ haters have short memories.

Actually, he can be traded, just not for a while. Yes, it would be difficult to trade him, but thanks for noticing how much of a "waste" my post was though.
