Sweet graphics!

And is it just me, or does that picture make LMA look pregnant?

This is the first game (aside from the home opener) where I've been excited for a matchup. Pretty pumped. Plus, I have the day off from school and work, so I can lounge around!

This is the most anticipated game of the season! I can't wait!

A nit to pick about the graphics. Water puts out fire. Should have used mesquite instead of water.

these days kinda looks like it should be... stop EATing LA

26 votes on the poll and no one picked Cheer Aldridge.

1000 posts in this thread: over/under?

Hendo upgraded to "probable' for tomorrows game
Side note...... Watched a spirited game of 2 on 2 the other day between Cliff Alexander and Monterro vs Henderson and the white guy from Notre Dame.
One thing I can share, Monterro drove and rose up to throw a dunk down and Henderson met him right up at the rim.......SWATTED HIS SHIT TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COURT! Can't wait to see him out there. Will definitely help.

Well here you have it....It's time to put a game together against the league favorites to win it all. To me it's kind of funny how this game is being looked at. It's the total opposite of the "Player that got Traded" and wants to light it up against his former team. In this instance it is the entire organization and it's fans that want to make this one count against a player that pretty much Disrespected them. The problem is he went to one of the best teams in the entire NBA and he by himself has more experience than about 4/5's of the entire Blazer roster. Not to mention he will be playing along side a guy named Duncan.

This Game just does not look good at all for the good guys. When you look at that roster and the starting unit the Blazers will be up against it just starts to make you cringe to think they have to stay out there for 48 minutes to endure the beating they are surely going to get.....Enter a thing called Karma. Karma doesn't keep stats on FT% or 3 point shots. Karma doesn't really care about home court or schedule. Karma doesn't know anything about rings and who has them. Karma only knows about right and wrong. Funny things happen when Karma comes to play and it loves 20,000 people watching. Karma never guarantees wins or even assumes a close game. Karma just simply has a way of making it's appearance at some point and when it does there is no way anyone can deny it was there. Tomorrow i will not be looking for the crowd to "Boo" a great player that i cheered for many years. I also will not be giving the guy a standing ovation. He is now a player on a team the Blazers must learn from and eventually beat if they are to get where they are trying to get.

We all know what the Spurs are going to do. They are going to methodically pick and pull there way through and around defenders. They will tighten down on defense continuously until their opponent makes just enough mistakes that they make adjustments that are unwise in the end. The Refs will give them whistles when the rest of the league might not be so lucky. Pop will brood and scowl his way into the head of anyone who gets anywhere near him. The real question is what are the Blazers going to do? Honestly i think they should come out and pretty much throw the playbook out the window on this game. They should go so completely free for all that even Aldridge can't figure out who these guys are? Energy and defense will be the key as usual and really that will be the only way they keep pace with the Spurs. Being willing to dive jump and chase down every loose ball and win the 50/50's will be huge in this game.

We also all know the Blazers can get very hot but it just does not happen when they are getting beat on the defensive side of the court. These guy are young and they feed off the defense. Getting big stops and flying the other direction is the way they score best. When they let teams get the best of them they slow down on offense and it leads to turnovers. They just don't have that player yet that they can go to and get a basket. It will come but it is not there yet. This game is anybody's game. That is why they play em. Lets all hope the Blazers come out and grab this one by the horns (Spurs if you will) and get a win.
Go Blazers!
Kjironman is a fan!!!
