If those close games had swung the other way, if we were 9-3 instead of 3-9 we'd still have the #1 seed in the West. But Portland really earned those losses with crappy play at the end.

are you jokin me ? The Defense ? Hell yeah.. What fuck is doing robin lopez with 2 Monster blocks on Dalembert and ellis on the last 90 seconds.. ? was that no defense ? The offense sucks since the 4 minute mark.. thats the problem why we lose this game..

hell yeah im so angry and frustrated...

Couldn't get a rebound either.
 
I'm not going to overreact because of this loss but damn do we need the defense to really click sometime before the playoffs otherwise its going to be a very frustratingly first round.
 
Lillard was awful. No defending him this game.

Seriously... it fucking sucks we lost, but chill out with this "I already know the future of the Blazers" in the present.

And it was Aldridge that didn't grab the rebound as well

As hot as he was in the 3rd, he didn't play that well in the 4th.

Again, once he gets tired his level of pay decreases a good amount. He goes from being on fire and boarding like a crazy man to bricking shots and letting rebounds get away. On that Monta FT miss he reacted very slowly.

One game?? I wish it was just one game. I'd be praising them if it was just one game but it's been many games. Pacers, Thunder, Clippers, Spurs, Lakers. I knew when the game got close, that we would lose again. It's been a severe pattern. Meanwhile Houston is winning. Also, Clippers have a better record than us now so we no longer have home court advantage and our next 4 games are murder. We could easily slide to 7th seed. Easily.

Still one game today. Still 20 games to be played.

That, and I don't get bent out of shape over things I can't control, so there's that. :)

IF we make the playoffs. Yes, we have 6.5 game lead on Memphis, but our next three games are games we're favored to lose and one of them is against the Grizzlies themselves.
 
The game was not available for viewing here in Beautiful Central Oregon, so for me it's just an insignificant loss in a very good season. No big deal.

Barbecued some salmon fillets under the stars, now it's ice cream and a movie. :cheers:

so lookin for this effort but at the end we stay with empty hands here ... this is a problematic since newyears win in oklahoma.. the team think about close game " sure we have it guys.. keep down.. dont push and relax.. " 2 minutes later " Oh shit guys we pushed the tempo but we are out of rhytm " and Then comes Aldridge with his dumb Shots at the end of the games.. that the true story of the hole games in the last weeks and months..

Blazers chasing Suns down for the 7 seed. And we're 1-2 against the Suns.

It's interesting the NBA can really dictate how they want the storyline of the season to go with the officiating. If the fourth would have been called differently, we would be probably talking about something else. Portland comes back to this, who knows what this does to the season.

I wonder why this team can't get the calls.
