• The Trail Blazers have won both contests against the Nuggets in 2014-15.
• The Trail Blazers have won six consecutive games against the Nuggets, their longest streak since they beat Denver 10 straight times from 1995-96 to 1997-98.
• Prior to defeating the Nuggets in each of the past three meetings between these two teams in Denver, Portland was just 2-23 onthe road against the Nuggets since the 2000-01 season.
• In the last game between these two teams on Nov. 12, Portland recorded a season-high 130 points in its 130-113 victory. In that game, the Trail Blazers scored 84 points in the first half, just two points shy of their franchise record for most points in any half.
• In that 17 point victory on Nov. 12, Damian Lillard scored a team-high 27 points on 10-of-16 shooting (5-6 3-PT) and dished out a game-high nine assists.
• The Trail Blazers shot 51.6% from beyond the arc in their first meeting against Denver on Nov. 9 (16-31 3-PT).
• All five Portland starters registered double-digit scoring against the Nuggets on Nov. 9 (W, 116-110).
• Portland forward Nicolas Batum set a franchise record for most three-pointers in a single game when he connected on nine three-point field goals against Denver on Feb. 4, 2012.
• Portland swept the season series from Denver in 2013-14 for the first time in 15 years (1998-99).
• LaMarcus Aldridge recorded a career-high 44 points (15-29 FG, 14-17 FT) in the Trail Blazers 110-105 victory against the Nuggets on Jan. 23.
• In that Jan. 23 game, LaMarcus Aldridge finished with 44 points, 13 rebounds and five assists. He became the third Trail Blazers player in the past 25 years to record at least 40 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in a game.
• Nuggets forward J.J. Hickson played in 99 games with Portland during the 2011-12 and 2012-13 seasons. Hickson averaged 11 points per game for Denver in four contests (two starts) against the Trail Blazers last season.
