That's not what i'm talking about. I'm talking about when to attack, when not to. Didn't have numbers, and still tried, instead of waiting. There's time to attack, times to not.

How is it a charge when the player is still side stepping into you as you're in the air? They JUST gave that call to Toronto for "not letting the player come down."

Charge or not, that was a pretty poor play by Lillard. 90% of the time, barreling into the rim without looking will be a charge.
