• Tuesday will mark the third of four regular season matchups between Portland and Oklahoma City with the final meeting coming on Feb. 11 in Portland.

• Portland defeated Oklahoma City 111-104 in Portland in the first meeting between the two teams this season and beat the Thunder 98-94 in the second matchup in Oklahoma City.

• LaMarcus Aldridge had a double-double in the second meeting with Oklahoma City, recording 25 points and 14 rebounds.

• LaMarcus Aldridge led the Trail Blazers on the Dec. 4 matchup with 38 points and 13 rebounds.

• The Trail Blazers’ win on Dec. 4 snapped a seven game losing streak for the Trail Blazers against the Thunder, ending the longest active losing streak for Portland.

• In eight of the last 10 meetings, at least one team has scored 100-plus points.

Batum probably sits this one out. More minutes to Wright, CJ. Should sit until he's fully healed IMO, there's still a long season ahead.

We saw the first ever lineup with Dame and CJ at the same time last night.

Unfortunately, CJ was playing SF and Mo at PG. ugh.

It seems the problem is that Nico needs a new splint to play. They're trying to find one in OKC. Bad move, IMO. Houston is a major medical technology center; OKC is a backwater. The smart move would be to leave Nico behind in HOU with the trainer, find a splint in HOU and then fly him to OKC in time for the game.

He's been playing through pain since the initial injury, not 100%, I noticed it a few times. We need him 100% for the playoffs, even if it means losing a few games right now while he sits.

How do you injure a broken finger more? Once it's broken, isn't it just.... broken? The only thing I can think of is that it just prolongs the time frame for it to fully heal.
