Jaynes on Bogut's elbow, "I didn't think it was that bad." What a complete idiot. It was an elbow, and it is an automatic ejection.

"Violent acts of any nature on the court will not be tolerated. Players involved in altercations will be ejected, fined and/or suspended.

Officials have been instructed to eject a player who throws a punch, whether or not it connects, or an elbow which makes contact above shoulder level. If elbow contact is shoulder level or below, it shall be left to the discretion of the official as to whether the player is ejected. Even if a punch or an elbow goes undetected by the officials during the game, but is detected during a review of a videotape, that player will be penalized.

There is absolutely no justification for fighting in an NBA game. The fact that you may feel provoked by another player is not an acceptable excuse. If a player takes it upon himself to retaliate, he can expect to be subject to appropriate penalties."

This is what LMA is going to be waiting on. Because the "punch" that some saw was below shoulder level regardless... so we'll see.

And now we know why players go for the family jewels. People call it a cheap shot, and it is, but the penalty is better than hitting someone above the shoulders with a punch or elbow.
 
Jaynes again with a fundamental misunderstanding of how Wes gets his shots. BALL MOVEMENT. No ball movement, not many shots for Wes. Why does this guy still have a role on csnnw? smh

If he plays like he's protecting his boys, he's going to be really, really unstoppable. I really hope he doesn't regress. I'd love to see that fire every game!

This is the thing... Lma usually has slow starts. He normally gets much better as the season progresses. I think we will see more LaMonster as the season wears on

LA needs someone sitting behind the bench poking him with a stick repeatedly. Just get and keep LA pissed off, and he'd beast all the time.

They are interchangeable - bloke and mate, but Aussies and Brits don't use "guy".
 
Yes, that's what I said. I think Australians are partial to matey, pronounced mighty.
 
Bloke and mate are both good. Never matey.

Mate has many meanings, from friend to dickhead; it's all about the tone and context.
