A starting what? He's not a PG, and he's too short to be a starting SG.

Positions don't mean anything in today's NBA. Teams have started two combo guards in year's past. Ben Gordon started at SG in the NBA back when he was actually good. CJ can definitely start at SG. His height won't be what holds him back. His build might but I think he takes care of that.
