Well its kinda hard to spend money when your getting 12 000 fans a game. Even being below the luxury tax the Nets are losing money every single year. It would be a nonsensical business move for the nets to go into the tax. Especially for a team that draws like a highschool game and is probably worth next to nothing at this point in time.</p>
