GAME THREAD: Round 1, Game 6 - Mavericks @ Blazers, 4.28.11 - DO or DIE!

This team just isn't constructed very well at this juncture. No outside threats. No dominant big men inside. Aldridge is not someone that can own the paint. I like some of our pieces, but I think Cho has his work cut out for him.

That contract of Roy's is crippling. It's probably a good idea to move some of the wings for some better balance.

The McMillan regime needs to end.

And whilst your at it Mr Allen, how about forking out for a top notch medical & nutritional team.
The Blazers always look lackadaisical on the court, . . . and that's when they're even on the court if they're not injured.

My point being; somethings not right and it starts at the top.
McMillan getting the chop would be a step in the right direction.

Gerald Wallace is back, bitches!

this will be a big summer for Cho. Our team isn't exactly young anymore. Can he add enough to finally get us out of the 1st round?

I've felt like we needed to clean house for a while now. New coaching staff, new medical staff, new..... dance team.

This game is boring. I can't sit through the whole thing. I"ll probably tune back in for the 4th quarter. I don't get it, where is the playoff intensity? The Blazers brought more spunk to their REGULAR season games.

The Blazers look like they are ready to pack it in. Many national pundits predicted the Blazers to win, but I knew better...these guys are not winners.

Maybe we need Charlie Sheen to be our coach.

God. We come out flatter than a pancake. Timeout already

This is sad. All of this is mental. People are just standing around for seconds at a time on both ends. That's a recipe for disaster.

This 2nd half looks like a team that has packed their bags and is waiting for the next 24 minutes to elapse.

Start benching some players. Put Roy in and let him go one on five. That's better than this.

Genius!
That's been the problem the whole time, those ladies may be too distracting.

Bland. Just bland. That word is just flashing in my mind as I watch. We're bland.

We are just not that good, I guess

Mavs are falling right into our trap!

The sooner they can get a 23pt lead the sooner we can win this!

I would be distracted too... the whole time I'd be thinking, "damn those girls are ugly. They couldn't do better than THAT?"

These timeouts are making me crazy. This game has no flow at all. And they're sooooooo long.

McMillan's influence is ever so apparent in our defense. Maybe we can give him another extension if we're lucky.

Where's Cho? I don't see him sitting next to Paul Allen

Is that our offense? Andre dribbles and shoots a jumper?

Maybe Portland is planning on spotting Dallas a 23 point lead again.

Refs give us a pity call

Chandler is forcing Aldridge in to crazy shots. If they aren't going to call that (which they haven't the whole series) Aldridge has to adjust...

Seems like the coach needed to adjust; Aldrige has not been effective against the Mavs all season but the coach keeps emphasizing posting him up.
