Good for them. Let them cry. Blazers are 6-2 heading out for a 4 game road trip, and the next 7 of 9 are on the road.

Time to gel, Blazers!

Exactly. The refs gave the suns home cooking throughout the entire game. They have nothing to botch about

oh crap that sounds horrible. Going .500 in the next 9 would feel like a win.

That play is an example of why I don't think Batum is a good defender. His arms were at his sides and he isn't very quick laterally. He's only good against players who are bothered a lot by length (if he uses his arms).

He forced the miss on the opposing PG who has the most points in the NBA in 4th quarter this season. On most teams, one of the two PGs on the floor would be defending the opposing PG.

I'll take Nic shadowing Bledsoe while trailing him with his huge ass arms over Mo calling for LA/Lopez to switch on a pick.

So TRob had a break out game of sorts. But he was 3-9 at the FT line? Ouch. He should head right back out onto the court and shoot about 300 more.

Touching the net while the ball is in the cylinder happens every single game, and it's almost never called. It's only called if someone jerks the net and it jars the rim and effects the shot. The only time I remember it being called otherwise was when Sabonis' finger grazed the bottome of the net against the Lakers. That was complete BS.

Whether it's called or not is whatever. It "technically" is a goaltend, but it was the right move for the refs to swallow their cum *cough* whistle on that last possession because Batum touching the net probably didn't affect the shot. Not to mention they were jobbing us the whole night. Great game regardless.

Bullshit. That wasn't goaltend. It was already on it's way out when Batum hit the net.

Mike Rice: "yaaaaaay".

I got phoenix on my direct TV league pass but if I used my ipad I got the blazers feed.

In slo mo it didn't look like the ball was in the cylinder so good non-call on the goaltend.

Not sure how we can pull out 4.5 wins to go .500. Four actual wins and one moral victory?

Gramps... :)

It wasn't in the cylinder IMO. It was already on it's way out. Batum didn't affect the shot.

Are you kidding me? He made Bledsoe miss the shot. He's a small forward guarding a tiny point guard. Having him on Bledsoe was a much better choice than using Mo or Damian who would have just given up a lane to the basket.

It may sound like I am joking but in way I'm not -- Mo Williams might be the player of the game for knocking Dragic out of the game.

Exactly; no part of the ball was in the cylinder; it had no chance of going in. In super slo mo it light not even have been touching the rim...

And the buzzer-beating, hail-mary of a banker 3 was nice, too!

After reviewing, Tom chambers said the ball was on its way out. I always liked him!

Unless I'm mistaking who's hand I was seeing, the Suns also came close to goaltending on that final shot. Regardless, we got lucky. The ball was hanging on the rim twice - not sure how both rolled out. But I'm glad the good guys escaped with the win.
