Any smart mod can easily to tell the difference between an unpopular opinion and trolling, but I'm not going to go on about this again. It's clear this site allows trolling so I just choose to try and deal with it.

This site needs as much activity as it can get, I get it.

Basically this.

And belittling its users ("Ahh... that's just the disappointment. And that's just the rage...") is par for the course too.

Unpopular opinions? Sure, those are fine and in fact fun to read because, when thoughts are well-construed, it leads to solid debate. But don't pass off trolling and spam as "unpopular opinion."

A smart user can easily stop responding to someone they've identified as a troll and even block posts from that person.

Believe me, I admire your bravery and tolerance.

It's not a question of boosting activity for me, but you're free to believe what you like.

Says the person who opened the exchange by calling moderators "douches." Is it belittling to suggest you look up the word "irony?" :)

Man I'm really starting to love Cunningham's game ... I hope he continues to play like this.

Jeff has way more range than I expected after watching him play for ASU the past 4 years

I've tried making this point before but it just seems to go ignored. Oh well.

Larry Miller seems ignorant of what the Blazers are doing on the basketball side. Really, it was like he was a cheerleader during the interview.

<------------ Was a fan of the Cunningham pick on draft night. Maybe the only one.

Cunningham, I like.

Ditto. I'm not sure how his athleticism matches up with frontline NBA players, but he hustles, he defends, he can dribble, he rebounds well and he's got some nice touch out to about 18' so far. If I squint a little I can almost see him in the regular rotation.

For the first time I put a poster on ignore. I can see already the point of others that it doesn't do a lot of good if others reply to said person. I agree that the best way is to ignore, don't feed the troll, but I would think after a certain point mods would get involve.

He's very..."cunning".

I think most people hadn't really seen him play.

I had seen him play once in college, but didn't think of him as an NBA prospect. Pleasantly surprised, but I have my doubts about how he'll do against legit NBA sized bigs.

Well I probably watched him at least 2 or 3 times without really "watching" him in the past 4 years (I can't say I've ever gone out of my way to watch a Villanova game) he's just never been a guy I noticed.

hmmm. Bayless having an off night.....

Bayless is just not....aggressive today. He's so passive for some reason.

Disappointed we don't have Stephen Hill. I think he would improve our SL team a LOT. Our players could actually play their projected positions.

I see a lot of missed shots off his passes too ;(

I haven't been paying too close attention. But WTF is Jeter doing in with Bayless. I thought they established Bayless is going to be the PG! Also, why has he stopped trying to pass...

He's trying to be (being forced to do..???) something he's not.

Not even that. He was aggressively setting people up and scoring last game. This game, he's just passing on the perimeter. I don't know if it's just Bayless or if it's by design, but I'm guessing it's by design since he's done it on every possession.
