It's not benching. John Havlicek played the 6th man role for the Celtics , scored a ton, and became a HOFer. Now that Ant has confidence, he could become a killer in that role. Still Avg. 20 per. like Havlicek.

Maybe GP2 wasn’t their first choice until the market played out like it did but Cronin and Co. spend all season planning this and have literally every single outcome probably played out in some way.
