What was the highest American GDP per capita in current dollars in history? Or rather, if the economy was awesome in 1997 (randomly chosen), what was the GDP then adjusted for inflation now. What I am getting at is, what is the best case proven scenario for growing the economy under the Romney plan and yet still keeping the tax rates low, but offsetting these low rates with a higher GDP?
I'm sorry if that question is poorly worded.
