Jaynes on Primetime right now. Said he keeps hearing it's "really close." Saying two picks and Pryz now. Both our and NO's 1st next year. No where near saying "done deal."

EDIT: He also confirmed his source was someone from another team. Sounds kinda fucked to me.

EDIT: No mention of "other players" though. This makes me suspicious.

It has just been shared that Cho is furiously (I'm trying to imagine a non-stoic Rich Cho) trying to get a deal done and there are a couple of ways he is trying to go about getting a deal done. They believe some are the simpler Wallace/Przybilla ++ deal but he believes at least two other teams have been contacted to make it a multi-team deal.

My head just exploded trying to figure that out. I'd be happy with just the simple version....that would be a GREAT deal for Portland.

as has been stated the simpler version doesn't work. other players or teams must be involved.

I think Przybilla ++ is meant to imply plus other pieces to make salary work.
 
TBpup had a thread that was over 100 pages a few years back that just ended up being Zach for Frye.

Color me unimpressed.

Isn't that what happens anyway? He can just buy draft picks. Picks are more valuable to other teams then to the Blazers and Mr. Allen.

Yes. If by "interesting," he means "make a good deal and then nullify it by making a bad deal."
