Why exactly are you killing Quick? It was Jaynes that reported this as "done." He deserves all the hate.

QFT.. if anything, Quick said we were standing pat since this morning and didn't believe in the Wallace rumor. Jaynes will take another hit to his credibility.. if it doesn't go through.

So who exactly is in charge of personnel decisions at One Center Court? Hat Man, Cho, Kolde, Paul?

Predictable. I wonder though...

Is MJ the one who got cold feet, or was it Cho?

I'm sure it's Cho. Jordan is a six-time champion and Cho plays solitaire in his office. Even when they said it was Jordan, it was pretty obviously Cho.

Just another reason to believe that Rich Cho is nothing more than a puppet GM.

I'm not sure Jordan does all that much analysis.

This is not the 1st deal that was out there that did not seem to happen. The Gortat deal was there, the Harris deal was there, Wallace supposedly, Hinrich is going for spare parts...

FWIW,

It would be an insane deal for the Bobcats to give up Wallace for so little.

The guy's a stud on offense and defense and is only 28.

If you believe he's a puppet to Paul Allen or the Vulcans, or whatever. Why talk shit about him. Why not talk shit about PA?

It's Cho's job to make Pa buy what he's selling. PA obviously isn't buying it. That reflects on Cho.

Blazers seem to being used in these deals to pump up the value of the other team's players. First Harris and now Wallace.

TBH, this was a steal for us. If MJ wanted to increase Wallace's value, he wouldn't have floated this rumor.

Continue to play pop-psychology about whats going on behind the scenes. Thing is you've been anti-Cho since Day 1, so any kind of take you have about the guy is just you trying to support your long-winded diatribe against him.

Its reported earlier that we were about to steal Wallace from Charlotte and you were convinced that it can't be right. If we would have made the deal (still could be made) you would have given anybody but Cho credit.

I can read you like a book.

Funny how that works, isn't it?

I'm always right.

When were the Blazers, under Cho, reported to be interested in Gortat or Hinrich?

As for Harris, I think that was "Paralysis by Deron Williams Being A Far Better Offer Than Portland Could (Or Should) Have Matched." Not as catchy, but far more accurate.

....and I'm sure Kevin O'Conner was licking his chops to trade a star player like Williams to Portland of all teams.

A book? How many pages would you say compose a 'book?'

its a trade rumor, 50/50. I'll wait until tomorrow before I pass judgement. Strange concept, I know.

If you believe in fairy tales, sure.

It takes a special GM to pull of a robbery. The Blazers had one of those.
