I kind of like it but get rid of the text. It kills it... And I think you need to put an effect on Kobe, maybe a glow or something...

I think V1 is darker on the right than V2. If that's not it then I can't see the difference.

Yeah I think wolverine is right. V1 is a little bit darker. Look to the left of Kobe's ear and you'll see the brown line or whatever you call it is darker in V1.

I just thought that version 1 would be too intense for the bg so I just made it a bit less loud.
