Giving up smoking

It's tough, but not quite as hard as I had it would be.

Over the last week I've had:

Fri - 0
Sat - 3
sun - 2
Mon - 2
tues - 2
wed - 2
thurs - 0
today - 0

Caved in a few times, but determined to keep the run of zeros going.

I'm chokin' for one though.

I find after meals and at the weekends the hardest. I only smoke about 10 a day but I suppose thats bad enough!

Well I recently had a go and done pretty well throught the week and weekend and then the old firm came i got drunk and started smoking again and today ive smoked 30

but im gonna give it another shot on Monday I have nothing to lose
