Gonna put it out there: LMA WILL STAY.

I will say one thing for certain. If Aldridge leaves, you blow the whole fucking thing up. I'm talking a huge revamp with everyone but Dame, CJ and Leonard. Everyone else must go.

This team was designed around Aldridge. We saw how badly we sucked when Aldridge wasn't in the game

Is this forum prepared to go through yet another retool -rebuild?

Furthermore, Don't you think it might have been wise of Neil to gauge the long term possibility of holding on to LA before deciding to retool around him?I mean Quick knew two years ago he wanted out. Neil must have known or sensed something.

How can anyone be "certain" that Aldridge will stay when even Aldridge isn't certain when he was asked by Chris Broussard? He responded "we'll see." It's honestly a little frustrating to see how it went from a sure thing to a maybe.

I want nothing to do with Kevin Love. He's just a bunch of empty stats ... he'd be a great fit with Rondo and the Lakers.

Just a feeling.

Why would he stay? What does he have to look forward to?

He doesn't live here in the offseason.
He goes into the playoff with a squad, they all get injured, but no one else shows up.
He plays through a fractured thumb and the rest of the team plays like fucking bitches.

I guess he can be the Blazers GOAT. That and the wheeling and dealing and the winning mentality of Neil Olshey are the only positives right now. Olshey is the type of GM to swing for the fences and get shit done.

Blazers' GOAT??? You fucking serious? Walton, Drexler, Porter, Kersey, Strickland, Sabonis, Wallace, Roy....after them you can start talking about placing LA.

I hope we can get a sign and trade for Kevin Love.

The fact that you have more than one...maybe two guys on there makes your post laughable. If he stays, he will be the statstical leader in almost every Blazers category.

Including misses and best at being inefficient. This series is a pretty good microcosm of his career. He'll score a lot of points, but it's with a volume of shots. We know he can go inside, but he always reverts back to his forced jumper. So he collects his 20+ points, but that does not help a team win.

This is only a comment if Aldridge actually left our team. Of course the best move is to keep Aldridge!

He has the 11th best Player Eficiency Rating in the NBA. He has been the most consistent blazer of the last decade.

He's literally one of the least efficient players in the league offensively. I've posted all those numbers before. He generates a nice stat line, but if you took all of LAs shots and distributed them to other players, you would probably come out ahead.

I'm not even going to argue anymore about this. Its a waste of time.

What are the options of a s&t?

Randle and their pick would be interesting.

They won't give both. And I don't want to see Aldridge on the Lakers. They could offer everything and I'd still turn it down

I don't want him on a team I hate more than anything else on earth.

Don't the Lakers have oodles of cap room? They could just sign LA.

I still believe Aldridge is staying. This year was an anomaly and he's a smart man. I doubt he decides to leave unless Spurs can offer him a contract and still keep their core. The Spurs are the only team I would fear taking him away from us.

Well, except for the fact he lives in LA (Newport Coast)
So. he also has a apartment next to Durant in Miami. Does that mean he's going to Miami too?

How do I know this? My friend lives right across from Durant in Miami

sorry but I don't trust your feelings, my feeling is that LMA is gone

I don't know if we know each other well enough to use the word "trust" there. haha. Agree may be a better word there. :P

At 3:47 PM on 4/26/2015, I still am 100% sure LMA is staying.
