Greg feeling down

When he comes back he should be treated as an unheralded rookie when on the court. If he is good as he supposedly is then once he gets his feet wet he will assert himself and have the POR offense slowly mold to having a big time center. Thats how it happened with Bynum. He was doing his thing even though he was virtually ignored on offense last year.

I actually think that him being the focus would be OK... IF he can stay healthy. He showed a lot of aggressiveness even with his nerves and hurt foot against the Lakers. When he gets back if he's healthy I'm not at all opposed to putting him back in the fire.

When I watch a game it is just to enjoy the moment and the excitement. Then I go back and watch again and rewind many times.

What I found with the Laker game was it was not as badly played as first thought.

Greg did not look at all out of place on the court and I think would have had a fairly good game had he not gotten hurt.

So having said all this I think he will be able to come back just fine. He could have been effective against Shack just by filling a the middle. He will be fine when he gets back. He will have lost some of the conditioning he had just gained however.

I felt really bad for Greg when he hurt his foot because I knew he was already putting a lot of pressure on himself.

Once he comes back all he needs is a few dunks, a couple blocks, and a nice win to make him feel better.
